Nursing apprenticeship

Start your nursing career at the BDH-Klinik Greifswald!

How do I become a Registered Nurse?

With us!
Complete the three-year generalist nursing training program at BDH-Klinik Greifswald, one of Germany’s leading centers for neurological rehabilitation and spinal cord injury treatment.

Starting on September 1 (start of training), we prepare you for a responsible and fulfilling career with 2,100 hours of theoretical training and 2,500 hours of practical training. Our qualified practice instructors provide comprehensive guidance and introduce you to daily nursing practice at the BDH-Klinik Greifswald.

Alongside your practical training with us (and at our partner institutions for inpatient long-term care, outpatient acute and long-term care, psychiatric care and pediatric care), you will acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge at the Berufschule Greifswald (the Greifswald Vocational Nursing School).

After successfully completing the state examination (practical, oral, and written), you will earn the professional qualification of Registered Nurse.
Graduates of our program do not need to worry about their career prospects: Due to demographic changes, the demand for qualified nurses continues to rise, offering strong career and income opportunities.
